If during the warranty period, your pillow has a defect in workmanship or materials, Star Bedding Company will replace the item with an equivalent or greater value. Please contact Star bedding Company at 414-241-5267 or email at info@starbedding.com for a return authorization number. No products will be accepted without this authorization number. In order to replace the defective item, we will require proof of purchase and the law tag from the defective item. The pillow will need to be sent to our office at the sender's expense.

Exclusions and Conditions: This warranty does not cover a reduction in loft of filling material over time, a product that has not been cleaned in accordance with Star Bedding Company's instruction, or a product that has been used without a protective cover.

Disclaimer: This is the only warranty issued by Star bedding Company on these products. No other warranty implied or otherwise shall be enforceable. In no event will Star bedding Company have any liability for any incidental or consequential damages.
